Welcome to the heart of the Kłodzko Region! We are committed to ensuring your stay is safe and comfortable. Please familiarise yourself with the following rules applicable at our guesthouse.

I. General Provisions.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the provision of services, liability and your stay on the Guesthouse premises.Making a booking and checking in constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Rooms at the guesthouse are rented on a per-night basis. The hotel day runs from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival to 11.00 am on the day of departure.

II. Check-in and Payments.

The basis for a Guest’s check-in is the presentation of a photo ID and the signing of the registration form.The cost of the stay and the local tax (in accordance with the rates of the municipality [Name of Municipality]) are collected on the day of arrival.Should a Guest cancel their stay during the course of their stay, the Guesthouse will not refund the fee for unused nights.

III. Rules for Use of the Premises.

A quiet hour is in force at the Guesthouse from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.For fire safety and the comfort of all guests, there is a complete ban on smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes throughout the premises. Due to the mountain location and to maintain cleanliness, please change from your hiking/outdoor shoes into indoor footwear immediately upon entering the building (particularly during the autumn and winter months).Unregistered visitors may only stay in the room with the owner’s consent, between 10.00 and 18.00 and for no longer than 2 hours.

IV. Safety and Liability.

The guest bears full financial liability for any damage or destruction to furnishings and technical equipment caused by their own fault. Each time they leave the room, the guest should check that the doors and windows are locked and switch off the television and lights. The guesthouse accepts no liability for valuables or money left in the rooms.For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons and other electrical appliances not provided as part of the room’s equipment is prohibited (this does not apply to phone and laptop chargers).

V. Staying with Pets.

Arrival with a pet must be agreed in advance with the owner. Pet owners are required to have a valid vaccination certificate, to clean up after their pets and to ensure that they do not disturb other guests.

VI. Additional Information.

Parking on the premises is free of charge and unguarded. The owner accepts no liability for damage to or theft of vehicles.Should you notice any technical faults, please report them to the owner immediately.
Information on hiking trails and attractions in the Kłodzko region (Kłodzko Fortress, Szczeliniec Wielki, Niedźwiedzia Cave, etc.) as well as maps are available in the guesthouse’s communal area.
